We have professional On Hold Messages that are all about our business and are scripted exclusively for us. The SOHO team are fantastic. They are only a phone call or email away. Someone rings and asks to be put on hold to make sure everything is running perfectly. Our local representative came out and installed the program without any drama and the program is so easy to use, just turn the computer on and up she starts! I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone who puts their customers on hold to use their product, engage clients when you’re not actually engaging them – how easy can it be! Payment options are easy, it’s all done for me!

We love having Smart On Hold Options doing our On Hold funnies! I find it so easy to add and remove items from our on hold play list. The staff always answer the phone with a “no problem” attitude and get right on with my request and I never have to ring and follow up. Although no extra business has come from this service, (we don’t use it for up selling) I do like keeping our customers informed of the ins and outs of our family company and as we are involved in community charities I like them to know so they can appreciate we are real people with real values. You guys rock and I can’t ever see me leaving in the future, I recommend you at any chance I get.
